Payment

All payments are due at checkout via Paypal or Credit Card. We appreciate your business!

Shipping

Please allow 7-10 days for delivery from date of purchase.

Items will be shipped in 3-5 business days from when they are ordered via USPS Mail based on weight. Please keep in mind our products are handmade on New Moons, Full Moons and other Auspicious days.

For questions on orders that have been shipped, please reference your USPS tracking number. Once an order leaves our hands, it enters the domain of USPS, and the order is no longer in our care or control. If you have concerns about late or lost packages please email us, we like to be kept in the loop- but ultimately, delivery issue must be taken up, and resolved with USPS. If an order has been shipped, has not been delivered, and the tracking has not been updated for one week, we will initiate a claim with USPS.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed orders.

Orders are shipped to the address provided. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses will not be reshipped or refunded.

Refunds

Due to the nature of the products, returns will not be accepted. We will only replace items that are damaged.

Reminder

Natural separation may occur due to natural sediments from the crystals. If this happens, please swirl the bottle to mix. It is perfectly fine to use, and the product is not damaged in any way.

Please read ingredients carefully and know your allergies. Test a small patch of skin with a product and wait 24 hours. If an allergic occurs, discontinue use! Please email us with concerns.
